available offers clients the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a very
individual approach, even if it is for a retirement cottage or for a large
family home, while still holding the building price to easily affordable

Reflecting
their Swedish origins, we have the kits produced in Scotland by a leading
timber frame manufacturer. However, always recognising the exact requirements
of the client, we can adjust, add or alter any aspect of the kit to meet
the client's own personal wishes. We take a pro-active role in the delicate
matter of planning negotiations simply because if we can't obtain detailed
planning consent for the house, we will not achieve a sale! We can extend
the role to negotiate the exact specification requirements and negotiate
with builders to achieve the desired building package. We can also carry
out a development management role to ensure delivery and cost control
throughout the process. Everything through to the hand-over of the front
door keys.
