To
illustrate how Gryffe can work for you we would like to take you through
a typical house project in North East Scotland. |

 |
| The
client had bought a site but had a mixed experience in choosing a suitable
house to build on the site. After contact was made with Gryffe, and after
a couple of meetings, the client had chosen a basic model to work from and
following a further meeting, an ideal layout was achieved. Before raising
the expectations of the client however Gryffe undertook detailed discussions
with the local Planning Authority to establish that the house type and design
were acceptable. Adjustments were made, but they had no effect on cost or
the layout of the home. From there, we were able to move on confidently
to the planning application and building warrant stages. |

The
client is the best testimonial a company can have and this is what some
of our clients have said about us: |
 |
| Thereafter
a detailed specification was drawn up and submitted to three local contractors.
Following a closely fought tender, the preferred contractor was appointed
and commenced work within three weeks. |
 |
 |
 |
 |
 |
| Working
to a set programme the contractor had target dates to hit and given the
fact that he commenced the work on the first week in January, we had to
be aware that weather could be an issue. Nevertheless, delivery of the house
was achieved on schedule and on budget. |
